Jen Maki has dedicated her career to advising commercial, technology, and defense companies on trade compliance and risk management. Most recently, Jen served as the Senior Director of Trade Legal & Compliance at Applied Materials where she led cross-functional teams responsible for overseeing global trade controls and strategic planning and business enablement.  Jen has also served as the Director of Global Trade at Micron where she led the company’s global trade compliance function, and similar roles at United Technologies Corporation and Tyco Electronics Connectivity. 
Her experience includes leading compliance program initiatives and advising the business on export controls, sanctions, and customs compliance. 
Jen graduated from William & Mary School of Law.  She is actively engaged in her community, including serving as Board President for a large nonprofit animal rescue organization, and supporting her children’s endless sports and adventures.
